Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and management approval. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt and verification of the required downpayment or full payment.

2. Payment Policy

A 50% non-refundable downpayment is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled on or before check-in.

3. Cancellation & Rebooking

Downpayments are strictly non-refundable. Rebooking is allowed with at least 48 hours advance notice, subject to availability. No-shows forfeit all payments made.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 NN. Early/late arrangements are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

5. House Rules

No bringing of outside liquor inside the resort.
Quiet hours from 10:00 PM onwards.
No illegal activities tolerated.
Guests are liable for any damage to resort property.
Pets must be declared upon booking; subject to pet fee.
Non-registered guests are not allowed without prior approval.

6. Guest Capacity

Total guests must not exceed the booked package. Guests beyond 24 pax incur ₱500/person/night extra fee.

7. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be collected at check-in. Returned upon checkout pending property inspection.

8. Management Rights

Management may refuse or terminate any booking for rule violations or misconduct, without refund.
